This conference proceeding will be published by Springer Verlag in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering(LNEE, ISSN:1876-1100) and submitted to be indexed by EI Compendex. Excellent papers would be recommended to EI journals and famous foreign journals.

会务通知：

1. 已注册作者参会，参会期间大会将不会向其收取任何费用。（每篇文章仅限1人参会，多于1人须先按“陪同人员”标准注册）
2. 大会组委会鼓励作者进行口头报告交流，后期的EI期刊、SCI期刊推荐将优先推荐口头报告的文章。 口头报告需要准备15分钟左右的英文PPT,报告时请尽量使用英文。
3. 张贴墙报由参会人自行准备并带往会场交予工作人员张贴，会务组不帮助制作与打印。墙报模板已通过邮件发送到作者邮箱。

墙报规格由邮件中要求的宽90cm*高120cm改为宽60cm*高80cm.
